Attend one of our meetings to apply!


You must attend one meeting in order to work for us, even if you are a returning worker.  If you're under 18 a parent/guardian will need to attend the meeting with you.


PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO THE DOCUMENTATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE PAPERWORK


ALL workers must bring the following to the meeting in order to complete the paperwork and get hired:  

Crews working for Pioneer - Lincoln, Waverly, and Wahoo (New guidelines because Pioneer participates in the E-Verify Program)

Option 1: Worker brings a List A document with a photo - original and front/back copy even if the back is blank


    • Example of a List A document with a photo - Passport 

Option 2: Worker brings one List B document with a photo AND one List C document - original and front/back copy even if the back is blank

    • Examples of a List B document with a photo include the following current documents: Driver’s License, State issued ID, School ID w/photo, School report card w/photo, student profile sheet containing a photo with a letter from the school stating they attend their school (current year)
    • Examples of a List C document: Social Security Card or Birth Certificate

  • If you would like to enroll in direct deposit, you must bring your routing and account number.  If you are depositing into a checking account, please bring a VOIDED check if you have one.  



Grand Island and Elkhorn Crews:

  • If you are under 18 we recommend you bring a photocopy (front/back even if blank) of your Social Security card for us to keep and the original card for us to look at.  
  • If you are 18 or older we recommend you bring a photocopy (front/back even if blank) of your Social Security card and a photocopy (front/back even if blank) of your driver's license for us to keep as well as the original documents for us to look at. 
  • If you are not able to bring your Social Security card please see the documentation list on the following Form I-9 for other list C documents. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-9.pdf


Please do not print and complete any paperwork prior to the meeting.

Wahoo – 12 years and older

At Bishop Neumann Gym

Monday, May 15th at 6:30 p.m.

Monday, May 22nd at 6:30 p.m.


Elkhorn – 13 years and older

There not anymore meetings for Elkhorn.

You will need to attend a meeting at another location.  

Be sure to mention that you are signing up for the 

Elkhorn Crew when you get to the meeting.  


Lincoln – 13 years and older

At Culler Middle School Cafeteria

Saturday, May 20th at 9:00 a.m.

Saturday, June 3rd at 9:00 a.m.


Waverly– 13 years and older

At Waverly Middle School

Saturday, May 20th at 10:30 a.m.

Saturday, June 3rd at 10:30 a.m.


Grand Island– 12 years and older

Monday, May 8th 6:30 p.m. at Centura High School -postponed until May 15th

Thursday May 25th 6:30 p.m. at GISH Commons Area
