Packets can be picked up and returned at any location.
Pick up the paperwork, fill it out at home using the instruction sheet, and mail it back with copies of your documents needed for the I-9 (see below). All employees (even prior employees) must fill out paperwork.
What You Can Do Now - Make Copies!
To properly complete the government I-9 Employment Eligibility Form, you MUST make copies of ONE the following choices:
A. a valid passport - cannot be expired
B. a valid photo id* (such as drivers license, learners permit, state issued id, school id with photograph from current school year) AND social security card
For both, make copies of the front and the back. Photo ID cannot be expired.
C. a valid photo id* (such as drivers license, learners permit, state issued id, school id with photograph from current school year) and original certified birth certificate
For both, make copies of the front and the back. Photo ID cannot be expired.
D. If you are NOT a US Citizen, you will need to copy your Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) or Employment Authorization Card. You will need to make photocopies of this document - both the front and back.
*If you don't have a photo ID or lost your school ID, your school office may also be able to re-issue you a student ID card, or you can submit a report card instead.
Minimum age is 13 years old by
July 1st, 2026.
